We understand that travel plans can change, which is why we don't charge a fee for cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure.
We charge 10-25% advance payment (depending on the destination) in case of no show up by the customer - most often via IBAN or PayPal, the rest of the amount is paid to the driver after the transfer.
If you’re traveling with children, make sure to let us know in the booking so we can get the appropriate child seats ready.
Each passenger is allowed to have one checked bag and one carry on. If you’re traveling with more bags or oversized luggage, please let us know.
